摘　　要：本文论述了网络信息高速公路对传统图书馆竞争力的影响 ,网络环境下图书馆竞争情报工作的新特点 ,以及图书馆竞争情报工作的创新对策等方面的问题。This paper discusses the influence of network information high way on the traditional competitive capacities of the library, the novel characteristics of library in the competition of information work in network environment, and the policy the library adopts to deal with the situation.
