摘　　要：本文以理论与实践的互动为分析视角 ,阐释了“安全共同体”理论的发展及其核心观点和东盟“安全共同体”的实践历程及其重要特征———“东盟规范”和“东盟方式” ;分析了东盟建构自己的“安全共同体”所面临的来自全球、区域和国家各个层面的严重挑战 。By using the interaction between theory and practice as an analytical approach,this essay explores the theory of a“security community”and its practice in the ASEAN.First,it reviews the evolution of studies of a“security community”and the core theoretical ideas of a“security community.”Thereafter,the essay explains the“ASEAN norms”and the“ASEAN way”by examining the process of development of the ASEAN security community.Finally,the essay analyses a number of challenges to the building of an ASEAN security community at the global,regional,and state levels,and proposes some countermeasures to tackle them.
