摘  要:针对现有工业脱氧剂在以煤或渣油为原料制氨或制城市煤气工艺流程中其性能达不到工业要求的现状,开发出含有新型助剂并用改良混捏法研制的钴-钼型耐硫脱氧剂。实验结果表明,该耐硫脱氧剂具有强度、强度稳定性和结构稳定性高,脱氧活性好,不存在硫中毒及易于硫化、再生,价格适中等优点。耐硫脱氧剂完全能满足工艺要求,而且有耐硫变换的作用,对耐硫变换催化剂起到脱氧和保护作用。Existing commercial deoxidizer can' t meet the industrial requirements in performances when it is used in the processes for making ammonia or city gas from coal or residual oil as raw materials, so a new kind of Co - Mo deoxidizer with good sulphur resistance is developed which contains a novel promoting agent and is made by modified kneading method. The experimental result shows that the above mentioned deoxidizer has high strength, strength stability and structure stability, and it also has good deoxidixing activity. It can't be poisoned by sulphur and is easy to be vulcanized and regenerated. The deoxidizer completely meets the technical requirements in deoxidizeing and protection.
