摘　　要：介绍了DMP-10润湿剂的合成工艺及其改善树脂对砂粒表面润湿性提高胶结强度的作用机理;探讨了固砂剂中影响胶结强度的5因素,并找出5因素的最佳用量。胶结强度达7.0 MPa以上的最佳条件为:温度60℃,固结时间48 h。The synthetic process and action mechanism of DMP - 10 wetting agent is introduced. Five effects on bonding strength in sand consolidating agent were examined and the optimum conditions were obtained.The bonding strength is over 7.0 MPa when the temperature is 60℃ and bonding time is 48 h.
