重庆市少数民族地区中学体育发展研究

摘　　要：在国家新一轮基础教育课程改革背景下,对重庆市少数民族地区中学体育现状进行调查,结果显示:特殊的地域环境和落后的经济发展水平制约了该地区中学体育教育发展。德、智、体、美教育发展不均衡,师资队伍素质低、结构不合理,教学条件不足,教学建设不重视,科研水平低的矛盾依然突出。建议:1)消除教育的不均衡性,推进中学体育发展;2)抓体育教师继续教育,提高师资队伍整体水平;3)多渠道筹措资金,改善教学条件;4)改善科研条件和环境,营造科研氛围;5)以国家新一轮课改为契机,搞好校本课程开发。This paper carries on the research on the sports of middle school in the minority areas of Chongqing based on the background of teaching innovation. The result shows: special environment and laggard development of economy restrict the education development of the minority areas; it is imbalance in moral, intellectual and physical, teaching structure is not reasonable, quality of qualified teachers is still low, it is lack of teaching condition. Suggestions: 1) eliminate the imbalance of education; 2) enhance the whole level of qualified teachers; 3) improve teaching condition; 4) improve environment and condition of scientific research; 5) strengthen curriculum reform.
