摘　　要：由糠醛光化反应转化为羟基丁烯内酯,再与薄荷醇合成4-孟氧基丁烯内酯,然后与正丁胺在盐酸的催化下回流,合成N-正丁基-4-孟氧基丁烯内酰胺,并考察了氨解反应温度、催化剂和反应物摩尔比对产率的影响。N-n-butyl-4-menthyloxy butylene lactam was synthesized by conversion of furfural into 3-hydroxy butylene under photochemical conditions, reaction of 3-hydroxy butylene with menthol to produce 4-menthyloxy butylene internal ester, then reflux with n-butyl amine under the catalysis of HCl.The effects of reaction conditions including temperature of aminolysis, catalysts and molar ratio of reactants on the yield of the product were examined.
