摘 要:胜利油区几大主力油田进入特高含水阶段后,三次采油已成为进一步提高采收率的主导技术。对活性聚合物SAP-2进行了物化性能评价及驱油试验研究。研究结果显示,活性聚合物兼普通聚合物的增稠能力和表面活性剂的洗油能力于一体,注入地层后既可通过改善不利的油水流度比,扩大波及体积,又可通过降低油水界面张力,提高洗油效率。初步认为可用于聚合物驱过的油藏再进一步提高原油采收率,有望改善胜利油区三次采油矿场应用效果,在高含水油田开发后期提高采收率方面有很大的推广应用前景。Tertiary oil recovery has become a dominant technology for improving oil recovery in Shengli Oil Field after the main oil fields turn into high water content stage. The properties of active polymer(SAP- 2) were evaluated and some core experiments were carried out. The result show that active polymer has the ability of increasing viscosity and decreasing oil/water interfacial tension. It can improve oil recovery by enlarging sweep efficiency and improving flushing efficiency simultaneously after being injected into the reservoir. This active polymer is considered primarily to be used in polymer-flooded oil reservoir, to improve field developing effect of the EOR in Shengli Oil Field. Therefore it has great application potential in improving the development situation of oilfield with extra high water cut in later development stage.
