摘  要:通过单体两段滴加法乳液聚合和氨化剪切,制备了聚丙烯酸酯超微胶乳。采用正交试验法研究了预加单体量、丙烯酸用量、乳化剂配比及其用量等对聚丙烯酸酯超微胶乳透光率的影响。结果表明,丙烯酸用量和乳化剂用量对透光率的影响较大。通过趋势分析简要讨论了各因素的作用机理。Polyacrylate micro - latex was prepared by coupling conventional emulsion polymerization with two -stage addition of monomer and latex shearing in the presence of ammonia. The effects of the amount of pre - adding monomers, acrylic acid, and emulsifier and the mass ratio of SDS to OP on the transparency of the polyacrylate micro - latex were investigated with orthogonal design. The results showed that the amount of acrylic acid and emulsifier had more important influence on the transparency of the latex. The function mechanism of different factors was discussed briefly by analyzing the influencing trend.
