摘　　要：本文对陕西省土建类高层次人才需求状况和需求特点进行了调查分析 ,并在此基础上提出了培养土建类高层次人才的建议 。This paper analyzes the the state and characters of the demands for high-level qualified personnel in civil engineering and architecture , on the basis of this , some pieces of advice are put forward in training high-level qualified personnel in civil engineering and architecture . In order to provide some basis for some section responsible for high education of Shaanxi Province in formulating policies and making decisions.
