摘  要:研究了在真空感应炉中锰铁合金氧化脱磷过程的脱磷和合金成分变化。结果表明,采用BaCO3基熔渣对锰铁合金真空氧化脱磷时,在实验的脱磷渣组成和真空度10kPa条件下,随着锰铁合金硅含量的增加,脱磷率和锰损下降;随着脱磷渣量的增加,锰铁脱碳量、脱磷率升高,锰损下降,最大脱磷率达42.60%,对应锰铁损为-0.30%,可达到锰铁合金的氧化脱磷保锰的目的。In the article dephosphorization and component change for oxidation deposphorization of Mn-Fe alloy in vacuum induct furnace with BaCO3-based slag and under 10 kPa vacuum degree condition were stundied. These results showed that rate of dephosphorization and [Mn] content loss decreased along with [Si] content in Mn-Fe alloy increased, but decarbonization amount, rate of dephosphorization increased and [Mn] content loss decreased with ratio of slag to metal increased, and rate of dephosphorization and [Mn] content loss were effected by decarbonization,the maximum rate of dephosphorization is up to 42.60% and corresponding [Mn] loss is -0.30%, it reached to an aim to remove phosphorous and preserve manganese.
