摘  要:采用5个微卫星位点对合作猪和迪庆猪的遗传多样性进行了分析。结果表明,2个猪种在5个微卫星位点的有效等位基因数分别为4.510 4,3.069 6;位点平均杂合度分别为0.771 3,0.602 2;位点平均多态信息含量分别为0.740 2,0.565 6;估计的群体平均近交系数分别为0.115 2,0.091 3。表明合作猪和迪庆猪遗传多样性高,近交程度低。The genetic diversity of Hezuo pig and Diqing pig was analyzed with 5 microsatellite loci. The result showed that the mean effective numbers of allelic were 4.510 4, 3.069 6, respectively; the mean lous heterozygosity were 0.771 3, 0.602 2, respectively; the mean polymorphism information content were 0.740 2, 0.565 6; the population average inbreeding coefficient were 0.115 2, 0.091 3. All these indicate that genetic diversity of Hezuo pig and Diqing pig are high, but their inbreeding degree are low.
