摘　　要：介绍了混合编程开发专家系统的一般方法及其优越性,详细讨论了C++Builder调用VC++格式的动态链接库的实现技术与步骤,利用修改后的能兼容C++Builder的CLIPS动态链接库,实现了如何在C++Builder应用程序中启动CLIPS以完成专家系统的推理,并把结果返回给C++Builder应用程序的过程,对于缩短专家系统开发周期、提高开发效率具有重要意义。This paper introduces a general method of cooperative programming way to develop Expert System and its superiority. The realization technology and step of how to call the Dynamic Link Library which is VC^(++) format in C^(++)Builder is discussed in detail. Using the modified CLIPS Dynamic Link Library which can be used by C^(++)Builder, the method realizes the operation of CLIPS in C^(++)Builder application program to accomplish the Expert System's inference of facts and return the results to C++Builder application program. It is important to shorten the time in developing Expert System and advance the efficency.
