摘 要:针对H212型毛织机送经的缺点,提出了一项对该机进行电子送经改造的方案,并进行了初步试验。本文对织机后梁系统的改造和电子送经装置进行了介绍,并对交流送经电机在低于额定电压下的运行情况进行了探讨。该方案对其它送经机构的改造和新机的研究也有一定的参考价值。In the-study of this paper, an electronic let-off regulation device has been developed to improve the disadvantages of the old device on loom H212. This device consists of three main parts: A new back beam system to balance the warp tension, an electronic control system, and a tittle ordinary motor with its speed reduction system. The first test in a worsted mill shows that the device has good working stability and the warp tension has been fairly improved. Some new ideas about the motor working under a lower voltage are also put forward in this paper.
