摘  要:目的 对蛇床子挥发油和氮酮促透作用进行比较,为蛇床子挥发油的应用提供理论依据。方法 在离体透皮实验装置上进行透皮吸收实验和贮库效应的研究。结果 蛇床子挥发油和氮酮单独应用时对甲硝唑经皮渗透均有显著的促进作用,增渗倍数分别为2.48和2.21;两者合用时促透作用显著增强。单独应用时,对甲硝唑经皮渗透的贮库效应影响不明显,但合用时效果显著增加。结论 蛇床子挥发油和氯酮对甲硝唑的促透作用强度相当,合用时效果明显增强。OBJECTIVE To compare the permeation enhancing effect of fructus cnidii volatile oil and azone and to provide theoretic foundation for the application of fructus cnidii volatile oil. METHODS The transdermal absorption test and the research of deposit function were conducted on the penetration experiment apparatus. RESULTS When fructus cnidii volatile oil and azone were used separately, both of them had notable transdermal permeation enhancing effect of metronidazole. The enhansive permeation multiple was 2. 48 and 2. 21. The penetration enhancering effect was reinforced greatly when they were used together. When fructus cnidii volatile oil and azone were used separately, each deposit function had little influence on transdermal permeation enhancing effect of metronidazole. CONCLU The permeation enhancing effect of fructus cnidii volatile oil and azone has equal absorption intensity of metronidazole, and when used in combination, the enhancing effect is strong and evident.
