摘 要:SPR传感器的研究与应用进展迅速,尤其在生命科学、化学、环保等领域已经成为一种很重要的研究工具和手段。尽管棱镜SPR传感器关于角度谱的理论计算比较成熟,但是波长谱的计算尚未产生完整的理论计算体系。提出一种新的基于波长谱的分析方法,分析了调制层折射率和厚度对传感器输出特性的影响,并且根据该关系提出了分布式SPR传感器的设计方法。与传统的SPR传感器相比,该传感器大大降低了成本,其原理也可以很容易地移植到分布式光纤SPR传感器的设计中。首先介绍了原理,其次进行了基于波长谱分析的理论计算,最后给出了一种实用的设计方案及模拟结果。Research and application of SPR sensor are developed rapidly these years, especially in the research fields of life sciences,chemistry and environment,etc,which have been a kind of very important measurement tools.Although the angle-based spectrum calculation theory has been mature,it is not reported systematically about the wavelength-based spectrum calculation equation.Thus the latter is presented here.Both relationships between resonant wavelengthy and the refractive index of tuning layer and between resonant one and tuning layer's thickness were descibed based on the latter theory.A new design of distributed SPR sensor based on relationships was introduced.The sensor can reduce the cost of device compared with the traditional SPR sensor and the idea can be transplanted to the design of distributed optical fiber SPR sensor easily.Firstly,the SPR principle was presented and then the wavelength-based spectrum calculation was obtained.Lastly,simulation and practical design schema were provided.
