高血压病患者血清抗核抗体的检测与分析

摘　　要：本文报道了用酶联A蛋白的ELISA法检测高血压病患者血清抗核抗体的结果。检测40例高血压病患者和60份正常人血清。结果显示,高血压病患者特别是较重病例其血清抗核抗体有较高的阳性率,与正常人比较差异显著。提示高血压病与免疫特别是与自身免疫有一定关系。有助于高血压病病因及发病机理的探讨。This article deals with the applica tion of SPA ELISA for detection of antinuclear antibody in the sera of patients with hypertension. The sera in 40 cases with hypertension diseases have been examined and compard with those of 60 healthy persons. The results show that hypertension diseases have higher positive rate of antinuclear antibody. The patients with hypertension diseases are significantly higher than the healthy persons. (p<0. 01) It is suggested that hypertension diseases have something to do with immunity, especially to auto immunity.
