微乳液增敏巯基葡聚糖凝胶分离富集邻氯苯基荧光酮光度法测定痕量镉的研究

摘　　要：研究了微乳液介质存在下 ,在pH=10.8硼砂 -NaOH的缓冲溶液中 ,镉与邻氯苯基荧光酮 (o_CPF)显色生成稳定的1∶3配合物 ,在600nm处摩尔吸光系数为1.1×105L·mol -1·cm -1 ,镉含量在0～0.8mg/L范围内符合比耳定律。采用巯基葡聚糖凝胶分离富集 ,消除了共存离子的干扰 ,显著提高了方法的选择性和灵敏度 ,该方法成功地用于测定水样和发样中的痕量镉 ,结果的相对标准偏差均小于5.2 % ,回收率在92 %～105 %之间。In this paper,the color reaction of cadmium with o-chlorophenylfluorone(o-CPF)in a miˉcroemulsion has been studied.In a buffer medium of borax-NaOH at pH10.8,cadmium(Ⅱ)can react with o-CPFto forma stable1∶3complex.Its apparent molar absorptivity is1.1×10 5 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at600nm.Beer′s lawis obeyed in the range of0～0.8mg/L.Sulfhydryl dextran gel(SDG)was used to enˉrich cadmiumand eliminate the influence of the coexistent metal ions,thus greatly improved the selectivity and sensitivity of the analytical method.It was used successfully for the determination of trace amounts of cadmium in water and hair samples.The relative standard deviations in all cases are lower than5.2%,and the recoveries are in the range of92%～105%.
