摘  要: 120头杜×长·梅三元杂交猪均分为4组,分别在基础日粮中添加0(对照)、10、20、40mg·kg-1GABA,经30d试验结果表明:10、20mg·kg-1GABA组日增重分别比对照组提高11.39%、9.49%,差异显著(P<0.05);采食量提高7.82%和9.47%(P<0.05);40mg·kg-1GABA组的采食量下降1.23%,日增重降低50g。10mg·kg-1组的血清尿素氮变化与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),而40mg·kg-1组极显著地高于对照组(P<0.01)。结果显示在育肥猪日粮中GABA添加10mg·kg-1能提高日增重、采食量,且不降低饲料蛋白质的利用率。One hundred and twenty Duroc×(Landrance×Meishan) finishing hogs were randomly divided into 4 groups, 0?10?20?40 mg·kg^(-1) γ-aminobutyric acid was additived to the diet. The results show: ADG in 10 and 20 mg·kg^(-1) group were increased by 11.39% and 9.49% compared with control, at significantly level(P<0.05); feed intake increased by 7.82% and 9.47%. There is no different of serum urea nitrogen between 10 mg·kg^(-1) group and control (P>0.05). The result showed that 10 mg·kg^(-1) γ-aminobutyric acid increase the ADG and feed intake, and no disadvantage effect on the feed conversion efficiency.
