北京基层医生实施《中国高血压防治指南》的现状分析

摘　　要：目的　分析《中国高血压防治指南》在北京基层医院的执行现状 ,为《指南》的推广实施提出具体的措施和建议 ,以提高基层医生高血压防治的整体水平。方法　采用系统随机抽样方法 ,对4 0 0位北京市城乡基层医生进行问卷调查。结果　《指南》的总体执行状况城区好于乡镇 ;对《指南》的知晓率为 87 8% ,培训率 2 9 0 % ,持有率为 5 5 5 % ,知识得分及格率 4 4 0 % ;知识和行为与《指南》培训有关 ,主要在药物和非药物治疗的知识和行为上。结论　应提高《指南》持有率和培训率 ,改进培训的方法和内容 ,将重点放在药物和非药物治疗的技能上。Objectives To analyze current status in implementation of “The Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in China” by professionals in primary health care in Beijing and give suggestions and measures on spreading and implementing the guidelines to improve the integrated level of hypertension prevention and treatment there Methods A cross sectional study with interview based on questionnaire was conducted in 400 professionals of primary health care in the urban and rural areas of Beijing by systematic random sampling Results Overall, imprementation of the guidelines in urban areas was better than that in the rural ones in Beijing Awareness of the guidelines was 87 8% in the professionals, 55 5% of them had the guidelines in hands, and only 29 0% of them were trained for the use of the guidelines and 44 0% passed the examinations Their awareness and behavior, mainly in knowledge and use of pharmaceutical and non pharmaceutical treatment, related to training for the implementing the guidelimes Conclusions It is suggested that training for the implementation of the guidelines be strenthened and methods and contents of the training be improved, focusing on the skills of pharmaceutical and non pharmaceutical treatment
