摘  要:本次研究是以大庆炼化公司第二循环水场补水为试验用水,检验新型阻垢剂、缓蚀复合药剂配方UZ-2001在该水质中的应用情况,由于大庆炼化公司第二循环补水钙硬、碱度较高,属严重结垢水质,在高浓缩倍数下,采用加酸工艺,易产生严重腐蚀。本次研究对该水质在低浓缩倍数下(2.0以下)及中高浓缩倍数(2.0~3.5)两种实验条件下作动态模拟试验。本次试验所得的相关数据对未来努力将我公司各循环水场循环水浓缩倍数提高到4.0以上具有现实的指导意义。The rcsearch work has done to prove the new antismudgy and anticorrosion medicament -UZ-2001 under thecondition of high condensive industrial recycle-water system in the second recycle-water system of Daqing Refine-petro Corporation.For the refresh-water of the corporation is the high alkali-regidity water which tendency is heavily corrosive and scaled,they used toadopt the method of adding acid.Under high-condensive condition,it is easy to form corrosion and furring.We have worked over thiswater quality on the low condensive condition and secondary condensive condition for a long time and the consequence has provedthat UZ-2001 is effective for this water quality.
