复方党参片的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的研究复方党参片的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别复方党参片中的党参、丹参、金果榄;并采用高效液相色谱法测定该药中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。结果党参、丹参、金果榄的薄层色谱鉴别专属性强;丹参酮ⅡA在0.050～0.451μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998;平均回收率为97.48%,RSD为0.60%。结论该方法可准确、快速地进行定性、定量检测,可用于复方党参片的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality control standard of Fufang Dangshen tablets. Methods Radix Codonopsis, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Radix Tinosporae in Fufang Dangshen tablets were identified by TLC. The content of tanshinoneⅡ A in Fufang Dangshen tablets was determined by HPLC. Results Radix Codonopsis, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Radix Tinosporae could be detected by TLC. TanshinoneⅡ A showed a good linear relationship in the a range of 0.050～ 0.451μ g, r=0.9998. The average recovery was 97.48 % and RSD was 0.60 % . Conclusion The established methods are accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Fufang Dangshen tablets. 
