摘 要:目的观察通肾汤对阿霉素肾病综合征大鼠模型红细胞膜表面负电荷含量的影响。方法采用阿霉素肾病综合征大鼠模型及Alcain蓝(AB)染色方法。结果阿霉素肾病大鼠模型组红细胞膜结合AB的量与正常组相比,P<0.01,而激素组、通肾汤组、激通组红细胞膜结合AB的量与阿霉素肾病大鼠模型组相比明显改善(P<0.01),改善程度为:激通组>激素组>通肾汤组。各组红细胞经神经氨酸酶处理后,其表面结合AB含量的下降程度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论阿霉素肾病大鼠模型红细胞结合AB含量下降,而通肾汤能逆转这一改变,使红细胞结合AB含量达正常水平。同时,阿霉素肾病大鼠模型虽有红细胞表面结合AB含量的减少,但其表面主要的负电荷物质-涎酸的含量并无变化。Objective To observe the effect of Tongshen Decoction (TD) on erythrocyte membrane anion (EMA) in rats with adriamycin- induced nephrotic syndrome. Methods Rat model of adriamycin- induced nephrotic syndrome was applied and glomerular anionic sites were observed by alcian blue (AB) staining method. Results The content of AB binding to erythrocyte membrane was much decreased in the model group compared with that in the normal group (P < 0.01) and was increased in prednisone group, TD+ prednisone group and TD group compared with that in the model group(P < 0.01). The content of AB binding to erythrocyte membrane was in decreasing sequence in the groups of TD+ prednisone, prednisone and TD. The decrease of AB content in the above groups was insignificant after dealing with neuramidinase(P > 0.05). Conclusion The content of AB binding to erythrocyte membrane is decreased in the model rats with adriamycin- induced nephrotic syndrome and TD can raise the AB content to normal level and has no effect on the content of sialic acid.
