摘  要:对核桃JuglansregiaL.辽核1号、辽核4号、元丰3个品种的茎段进行诱导芽分化、生长和生根成苗试验。筛选出茎段离体初代培养基为DKW+BA1.0mg/L;继代培养和壮苗培养基为DKW+BA1.0mg/L+IBA0.01mg/L,诱导生根培养基为1/2DKW+IBA5mg/L,加活性碳1mg/L和间苯三酚1mg/L,生根率达95%以上,重复性稳定。Three walnut cultivars of 'Liaohe 1', 'Liaohe 4', and 'Yuanfeng' were propagated in vitro. Stem fragments were used for bud differentiation, bud growth, and plantlet rooting. Explantlets were initiated on basal DKW with hormone (BA 1.0 mg/L). The new shoots that had emerged from the primary buds were successively transferred to DKW with hormones (BA 1.0 mg/L and IBA 0.01 mg/L). The rooting medium was 1/2 DKW with hormone (IBA 5 mg/L) plus active carbon at 1.0 mg/L and phloroglucinol at 1.0 mg/L, and the rooting percentage exceeded 95 percent with stable repetitiveness.
