摘　　要：集体林地产权制度是当前林业经济界研究的热点,学者们提出了不同的改革方案。集体林地产权制度的改革不能不涉及到林业生产的主体———农户。本文在对249户农户就责任山的产权现状及农户对产权制度变革的心态两个方面进行调查分析的基础上,提出林业"三定"还有许多遗留问题亟待解决,林地产权制度的改革应慎之又慎。The property right system of collective woodland is the focus which the forestry economics field study at present,the scholars have put forward different reform schemes.The reform of property right system of collective woodland cannot but involve peasant households who produce forest products.Based on the investigating 249 peasant households,this paper analyses the property right current situation of responsibility hill and the willing of reform of property right system,and put forward that'three definitely'left a lot of problems which demand solution at once and the reform of property right system of woodland should be double cautious.
