摘  要:通过分析国内成品油价格形成机制及我国加入WTO的承诺,认真研究国际成品油市场价格形成机 制和监管体制,深入探讨了我国成品油价格逐步市场化应具备的监管体制及成品油零售价格放开的 必要条件,同时对现阶段放开零售价格的可能影响进行了分析,进而提出了推进我国成品油价格市 场化的若干建议。Based on the analysis of formative mechanism of domestic oil product price and China' s commitment to WTO at its entry, the article gives a careful study of formative mechanism and monitoring system of international oil product market price, probes deep into the necessary conditions for the monitoring system and the opening of oil product retail price required by the gradual general adoption of the market principle of China' s oil product price and meanwhile analyzes the possible impact resulting from opening retail price at the present stage. The article finally comes up with some suggestions concerning advancing the general adoption of the market principle of China' s oil product price.
