摘　　要：对八一男排运动员技能评估的量化评价体系进行了总结和分析探讨,对排球传统的得失分技术统计方法进行了优化,初步确定了不得分技术量化统计的方法和赋分标准。能够更加准确地反映运动员的个人价值,为市场经济条件下男排运动队的科学化训练管理提供新的思路。The article sums up the quantitative skill evaluation system of volleyball,optimizes the traditional statistical method of scoring technology and defines initially the quantitative method and standards of grading of non-scoring technology according to the practice experience of Army Volleyball Team.It provides new ideas for evaluating correctlly the individual value and for scientific training administration of male volleyball team under the market economy.
