双极型晶体管的电荷控制参数及其在宽带放大器中的应用

摘　　要：本文提出双极型晶体管是一种电荷控制器件和它的电荷控制参数的概念;建立描述晶体管内部物理过程的微分方程;与外电路的Kirchhoff定律结合,导出各种基本晶体管宽带放大器的传递函数、输入和输出阻抗的解析表示,作为应用Bode反馈理论来设计宽带反馈放大器的基础.In this paper the idea that bipolar transistors are charge control devices is developed and their charge control parameters are defined. The transfer functions、input and output impedances of various basic broadband transistor amplifiers are derived analytically by establishing the differential equations which describe the physical process in the inner transistor and combining with Kirchhoff's law in the external circuits. They can be served as the basis of designing broadband feedback amplifiers when the Bode's feedback theory is applied.
