摘　　要：肠道黏膜免疫是动物机体防止感染的第一防线 ,是整个动物机体免疫系统的重要组成部分。目前 ,营养因子的调控是维持其正常结构和生理功能的重要手段之一。本文综述了动物肠道黏膜免疫系统的组成。Intestinal mucosal immune system is the first line of defence that prevents animal body infection. It also is an important composition of whole animal body immune system. At present, it is one of important means that the modulation of nutrition factors maintains its natural configuration and its physiological function. In this paper, we discussed the composition, the immune mechanism and its nutrition modulation of animal intestinal mucosal immune system.
