摘 要:在硫酸介质中,以抗坏血酸作活化剂,痕量钒(Ⅴ)能灵敏地催化溴酸钾氧化偶氮胂Ⅰ褪色的指示反应。研究了该反应的最佳实验条件和动力学参数,建立了一种测定痕量钒(Ⅴ)的新方法,该方法的线性范围为0~4.0μg L钒(Ⅴ),方法检出限为2.8×10-12g mL,本方法已用于生物样品中痕量钒(Ⅴ)的测定。A catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace vanadium(Ⅴ) based on the oxidation reaction between potassium bromate and arsenazoⅠ in the presence of ascorbic acid as an activator in sulfuric acid medium was developed. The optimum conditions and kinetic parameters were studied. The detection limit for vanadium(Ⅴ) was 2.8×10^(-12) g/mL. The linear range of determination was 0~4.0 μg/L. The method was applied to the determination of trace vanadium(Ⅴ) in fish, rice, shrimp and pea samples with satisfactory results.
