摘  要:采用熔炼—雾化工艺制备不同配方的铁基自熔合金粉末,进行了铁基自熔合金喷焊层在酸性和中性溶液中的腐蚀试验。结果表明,稀土和不同合金配方对铁基自熔合金在不同介质中腐蚀性能有不同影响。Iron-base self-fluxing alloy powder has been widely used as spray-welding materials due to lower price and better wear resistance of its spray-welding coating. But its spray-welding coating has poor corrosion resistance. Therefore,the research on improving the properties of iron-base self-fluxing alloy was carried out by adding rare earths(RE)and changing alloy formulas. Iron-base self-fluxing alloy powders with different formulas have been prepared by using the smelting-atomizing process. The corrosion tests of iron-base self-fluxing alloy spray-welding coatings in the acidic and neutral solutions have been carried out. The test results showed that there are different effect on corrosion property of alloy coatings for various alloys in the different media.
