摘 要:由N ,N 二丁基丙烯酰胺 (DBA)与丙烯酰胺 (AM )经自由基微乳液聚合制备了水溶性疏水缔合共聚物P(AM DBA)。研究了原料配比对共聚物的溶液性能影响及共聚物耐温耐盐性能。结果表明 ,疏水单体质量分数ω(DBA)在 0 8%~ 1 0 %、NH值在 8~ 12时 ,所得聚合物耐温耐盐性能优异 ,有明显的盐增稠现象。得到的聚合物特性粘度大于 2 2dL/ g、溶解时间小于 2h、过滤比小于 2 0的耐温耐盐聚合物 。The hydrophobically associating acrylamide/dibutylacrylamide(AM/DBA) copolymers were synthesized by aqueous micellar polymerization for Enhanced Oil Recovery(EOR). The effects of hydrophobe and surfactant content on the dissolution behavior of the copolymers have been investigated. The results show that when the mass fraction of hydrophobic monomer was between 0.8% and 1.0%, and the N H value was between 8 and 10, the copolymers showed both good solubility and salt-tolerance, and their filter ratio were less than 2. The contradiction between solubility and salt-tolerance of copolymers could be well settled e.g. the copolymer having intrinsic viscosity exceeding 22 dL/g can be dissolved in water for 2 h giving the solutions characteristic of salt-viscosifying.
