摘 要:八羟基喹啉铝 (Alq3)存在下 ,在甲醇介质中由过氧化苯甲酰 (BPO)引发甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (MMA) ,通过分散聚合制得粒径为 2 μm~ 7μm的PMMA荧光微球 ,其粒径分布接近单分散 ,一致性系数为 0 .2 37。研究了影响微球粒径和粒度分布的多个因素。并对在Alq3存在下体系的反应机理进行了探讨。研究发现Alq3用量对产物的粒径和粒度分布影响显著。The novel fluorescent microspheres(PMMA-Alq3) were prepared by the polymerization of MMA with the addition of Alq3. In methanol, the sizes of PMMA-Alq3 range from 2μm to 7μm. PMMA-Alq3 were characterized by scanning electron microscope, UV and 1H NMR etc., and the formation of PMMA-Alq3 was confirmed by UV and 1H NMR. The factors that affected the diameter and diameter distribution of PMMA-Alq3, such as the concentration of initiator, monomer, and dispersant, and the amount of Alq3, were investigated systematically. Furthermore, the mechanism of polymerization was discussed. Based on the result, the amount of Alq3 has an enormous effect on the particle size and particle size distribution of PMMA-Alq3.
