摘　　要：随着网络的发展,电子信息资源的种类越来越多。不同种类的电子信息资源,有着不同的组织格式和查询机制。为了解决这些问题给用户带来的不便,提出电子信息资源格式的标准化,即用MARC来描述电子信息资源。在此基础上,开发了电子信息资源数据库,为用户提供一个统一的查询机制。文章描述了电子信息资源数据库设计的原则以及电子信息资源数据库的体系结构,最后介绍了在开发过程中遇到的关键问题及其解决方法。With the development of the network, there are more and more kinds of electronic information resources (EIR). Different EIR has different kind of organization and different strategy of query. To solve the inconvenience caused by such problems, put forward the standardization of EIR. In this method, EIR are described by MARC. Based on the standardization of the EIR, design the EIR database, which provides the user with the same strategy of query. This paper depicts the design principles and the architecture of EIR database, discusses the key problems confronted in the implementation of the system, and prompts the resolutions.
