麦洼牦牛肥胖基因部分片段的克隆测序研究

摘　　要：根据普通牛和其他哺乳动物基因的碱基序列以及相关文献资料设计引物 ,用PCR扩增并测定了牦牛OB基因的部分序列。结果表明 :OB基因片段 ( 182 0bp)包括内含子 2全部 ,外显子 2～ 3的一部分。通过GenBank中的Blastn序列比较分析 ,牦牛的OB基因与普通牛种同源性高达 98%。A partial sequence of OB gene were amplified by PCR and sequenced on Bos grunniens ,the result showed that OB gene fragment (1820bp) with intron 2 and partial sequence of exon 2～3 The comparison analysis of the fragment sequence with Bos taurus through blastn of GenBank,the homologies of the nucleotide sequence with Bos taurus are 98% This research provide the scientific theoretical foundation on functional gene project and molecular breeding of Bos grunniens
