摘  要: 对原位TiCP/Fe复合材料二次加工(热处理、焊接、切削加工)特性进行研究,并对其工业化生产应用做了大量的基础工作。结果表明:通过加热处理的方法可以消除原位TiCP/Fe复合材料在铸造过程中带来的一些组织缺陷,改变基体组织使性能提高;TiC颗粒不宜通过加热处理给予改变;原位TiCP/Fe复合材料在焊接过程中,TiC增强颗粒没有发生变化;焊缝处没有裂纹;可焊性较好;TiC陶瓷颗粒使TiCP/Fe复合材料的切削加工的切削力增大;切削温度增高;对加工表面粗糙度影响不大;TiCP/Fe复合材料可加工性与45#钢相似。The secondary-working characters of in situ TiCp/Fe composites (heat treatment, welding, machining) are studied and a lot of basic works for using in industrialization producing are done. The results showed that casting stress could be eliminated, microstructures and properties can be improved, and it is improper to change the TiC particle by heat treatment. The TiC particle is not changed in the course of welding and there are not cracks in the weld seam. The weld-ability of the composites is better. The cutting force of TiC/Fe composites is enlarged and its temperature is increased due to the formation of TiC particles. The effect of TiC on the working surface is only a little. The machining quality of the composites is similar to that of 45# steel.
