淋球菌对7种抗菌药物敏感性的测定

摘　　要：目的　了解江门地区淋球菌流行株对抗生素的敏感性 ,为淋病的防治提供试验依据。方法采用琼脂稀释法对 95株淋球菌临床分离株进行了药物敏感性测定。结果　在测定的 7种抗生素中 ,对淋球菌敏感性较高的 5种抗生素依次为阿奇霉素、罗红霉素、红霉素、头孢曲松和壮观霉素 ,其敏感率分别为 1 0 0 .0 %、98.9%、98.9%、95 .8%和 94.7%。而淋球菌耐药性较高的 2种抗生素依次为交沙霉素和头孢唑啉钠 ,耐药率均为 8.4%。结论　阿奇霉素、头孢曲松和壮观霉素仍可作为江门地区淋病治疗的首选药物 ,但淋球菌对头孢曲松和壮观霉素已出现耐药株 ,应引起临床医师的高度警惕 ;罗红霉素、红霉素可作为江门地区淋病治疗的替代性药物。Objective To evaluate the antibiotic susceptibility of Neisseria gonorrhoeae epidemic strains in jiangmen and to provide a referrence for the prevention and treatment of gonorrhea. Methods 95 gonococcal isolates were tested for their susceptibilities to 7 antibiotic agents using agar dilution method. Result Of all these 7 antibiotic agents , the higher susceptibilities to gonococci were azithromycin , roxithromycin , erythromycin , ceftriaxone , spectinomycin in turn , the percentages of susceptibility were 100.0% , 98.9% , 98.9% , 95.8% , 94.7% respectively .On the other hand , the higher resistances to gonococci were josamycin and cefazolin ,the percentages of resistance were all 8.4%. Conclusion Azithromycin , ceftriaxone and spectinomycin can still be used as primary agents to cure gonorrhea , but clinical doctors need to pay more attention to them , because resistant strains to ceftriaxone and spectinomycin have come into existence. Roxithromycin and erythromycin can be used alternative agents to cure gonorrhea .
