CY4102BZQ型柴油机机体强度有限元分析

摘　　要：应用Pro/E三维软件和I-DEAS有限元软件 ,建立了CY4 1 0 2BZQ型柴油机机体的有限元模型 ,对其进行受力分析 ,确定了机体的最大应力部位。同时对机体进行了预紧和爆发两种工况的应力试验 ,表明计算和试验结果有很好的一致性 ,验证了模型的精确程度 。Application of Pro/E and I DEAS FEA software, the finite element model are built for the cylinder block of CY4102BZQ diesel engine, and the strength analysis is achieved ,so make sure the most stress position . In order to validate the precision of the model ,the stress tests are carried out in the pretress and explosion condition. It is shown that calculation results are well consistent with the experimental results, the reliable design of the cylinder block of CY4102BZQ is provided .
