摘 要:用硫酸铝渣制得了聚硅酸硫酸铝,研究了影响硅酸聚合的条件,选取pH=3.5~4.0、SiO2浓度为4%的条件进行聚合.用制得的聚硅酸硫酸铝处理模拟浊水,当聚硅酸硫酸铝中nAl/Nsi达到0.25后,用量为0.3~2.3mL时除浊率均达90%以上;聚硅酸硫酸铝处理模拟浊水时适用的pH范围为7.0~9.0.用聚硅酸硫酸铝处理垃圾填埋场渗沥液,与聚合氯化铝相比具有更高的除浊率.The polyaluminium silicate sulfate flocculants were prepared from bauxite sledge.The polymerization of silicate acid was studied,and the proper conditions of polymerization were slected:pH=(3.5)~4.0,concentration of SiO_2 4%.The polyauminium silicate sulfate flocculants were applied to treat simulating turbid water and filland leachates.When pH=7.0~9.0,the amount of flocculants is 0.3~2.3?mL,and n_(Al)/n_(Si)≥0.25,the removal rate of turbidity is above 90%.The treatment results of filland leachates showed that the removal rate of turbidity by the polyaluminium silicate sulfate flocculants is better than that of plyaluminium chloride flocculants.
