摘　　要：对流速仪法的测量要求、点位选择、测速垂线的布设及影响因素、如何消除测量中由于人为因素造成的系统误差。This paper analyses measurement demands of velocity instrument method, spot location's choose, tachometer perpendiculars arrangement, how to eliminate system error for human-induced factor and advance degree of preciseness of measurement result and so on.
