摘　　要：借助于等离子体电弧方法,利用石墨材料做阴极和阳极,Fe/Co/Ni作催化剂,S为助长剂,H2/Ar和H2/He作为缓冲气体,制备了碳纳米管.经过透射电镜和扫描电镜检测得知,得到的碳纳米管其长度较长,且平行度良好,这为制备优质的碳纳米管奠定了良好的实验基础.Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are prepared by means of plasma arc method in this paper.During this experimentation,anode and cathode which are made of graphite material are introduced,Fe/Co/Ni catalyst,S grow substance,H_2/Ar and H_2/He buffer gas.Through TEM and SEM,we found out that CNTs' length is longer than others,and their parallelism is good.It establishes the excellent base of experiment for preparing the high quality CNTs.
