摘 要:本文基于有损耗的交流潮流追踪提出了一种混合交易模式的阻塞费用分摊新方法.这种方法以发电机对线路阻塞和负荷的贡献份额为基础,先将线路的阻塞费用归口到发电侧,再分摊给对阻塞有贡献的发电方、用户和双边(多边)交易.贡献份额中直接计及了P Q间的非线性耦合,既保证了收支平衡,又适应混合交易和任何单一的市场模式,对1个4节点系统进行的仿真分析结果验证了本文方法的有效性.Based on AC flow tracing, this paper presents a method for transmission congestion cost allocation with hybrid transaction models. Based on the contribution portions of individual generators to line congestions and loads, the line congestion costs were first attributed to all the generators, and then allocated to the power suppliers, consumers and bilateral (multi-lateral) transactions, which had impacts on network congestions. The P-Q nonlinear couplings were directly considered in contribution portion determination. The new method not only guaranteed the charge balance, but also was capable of dealing with hybrid transaction models and any single models. A 4-bus test system was used to illustrate the proposed method.
