摘　　要：通过分析南充港一期工程建设期和营运期废水产生环节及排放量,并根据项目所在地的水环境质量现状和工程产污特性,对项目造成的地表水环境影响进行了预测和评价。This paper analyzes the source, location and discharge of waste water during the Nanchong Port project construction and operation, and predicts and assesses the effect of Nanchong Port project on surface water based on the current situation of water environment in the project region and the sewage characteristics.
