数字图像处理技术在平面色谱中应用的研究

摘　　要：根据数字图像处理技术的原理,应用Visual C++语言研究开发了能利用办公用扫描仪进行平面色谱定性、定量分析的新软件。文章根据平面色谱定性定量分析的要求,分析了数字图像处理软件系统的功能需求、结构模块优化设计,对扫描图像的数据信息提取、数字滤波器、参数计算、绘制峰形图、图谱数据的存贮、表格化输出和打印等作了简介,实际应用考察证明,该软件在平面色谱中有很好的用途。Based on the principle of digital image processing, a new software was developed by visual C++ langue. It allows qualitative and quantitative analysis of planar chromatography by the use of an official scanner There is an analysis of function needs and structural model design according to the requirement of planar chromatography. A brief introduction to digital information extraction from a scanned image, digital filtering, parameter counting, peak chart drawing, data storage, format output and print etc. are also given. Application examples show that the soft system is useful for planar chromatography.
