摘 要:研究了2 (5 溴 2 吡啶偶氮) 5 二甲氨基苯胺(5 Br PADMA)与铂(Ⅳ)的显色反应。在pH4.0~6.0,试剂与铂(Ⅳ)形成2∶1的紫红色配合物,配合物的最大吸收峰位于619nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为8.3×104L·mol-1·cm-1,铂(Ⅳ)浓度在0~7.5μg/10mL范围内符合比耳定律。方法用于催化剂中微量铂(Ⅳ)的测定,结果满意。The colour reaction of platium(Ⅳ) and 2-(5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)-5-dimethylaminoaniline (5-Br-(PADMA)) has been studied. The experimental results show that platium(Ⅳ) reacts with 5-Br-PADMA at the pH rang of (4.0)~6.0 to form a violet-red complex. The complex can be changed into another deeply colouried stable species by addition of mineral acid. Its apparent molor absorptivity is (8.3×10~4 L)·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) at 619 nm. The ratio of platium(Ⅳ) to 5-Br-PADMA is 1∶2 in the complex. Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration of 0~(7.5 μg/10mL.) The proposed method has been applied to the spectrophotometric determination of microamounts of Pt(Ⅳ) in catalysts with satisfactory results.
