改良精浆中性α-糖苷酶测定法的效果观察

摘　　要：采用常规及改良的中性 a-糖苷酶测定法对37例正常男性精浆中性 a-糖苷酶总活力进行了测定,数值分别为28.38～116.68 m U/每次射精(()±1.96s,下同)及15.54～84.81 m U/每次射精。两种方法所测出的中性 a-糖苷酶总活力有显著相关性。改良的方法为临床提供了正常参考值的下限。使用同样两种方法测定了48例输精管结扎术后精子已消失男性精浆中性 a-糖苷酶总活力。常规方法测定,48例全部可测出酶活力,数值为2.57～37.38mU/每次射精,而改良方法测定,其中32例酶活性消失,16例可测出酶的活性,上限为5.85 m U/每次射精。Total neutral alpha-glucosidase activity in semi- nal plasma from 37 normal men was measured by both conventional and modified methods derived from Cooper(1988 and 1990).The value of activity ob- tained from both methods was 28.38'116.68mU/ ejaculate and 15.54～84.81 mU/ejaculate(±1.96s) respectively.There was a significant positive correla- tion between activity of alpha-glucosidase obtained with the conventional method and modified assay. Total neutral alpha-glucosidase activity in seminal plasma from 48 vasectomized men who were a- zoospermia after operation was also measured by both methods.With conventional method,alpha-glucosi- dase activity was detectable in all subjects with value ranged within 2.57～37.38mU/ejaculate(± 1.96s).With modified method,alpha-glucosidase activi- ty was only detectable in 16 subjects who had value below 5.85mU/ejaeulate(±1.96s).
