摘  要:目的 :用HPLC法测定花藤子颗粒中大黄素和齐墩果酸的含量 ,作为制定花藤子颗粒质量标准的依据 .方法 :采用的色谱柱为ODSC1 8柱 ;流动相 :大黄素为甲醇 0 .0 1g/L磷酸水溶液 (90∶1 0 ) ;齐墩果酸为甲醇 水 (90∶1 0 ) ;检测波长 :大黄素为 2 90nm ,齐墩果酸为 2 1 5nm .结果 :大黄素在 0 .1 31 4~ 0 .876 0 μg范围内线性关系良好 ,r=0 .9997.平均回收率为 99.5 6 % ,RSD =2 .2 0 % .齐墩果竣在 1 .1 7~ 7.80 μg范围内线形关系良好 ,r=0 .9998.平均回收率为 1 0 0 .38% ,RSD =1 .4 5 % .结论AIM: To determine the content of emodin and oleanolic acid in Huatengzi Granules (HTZG) by HPLC. METHODS: ODS C 18 column was used to determine emodin, the methanol and phosphoric acid aqueous solution ratio of the mobile phase being 90∶10 and the methanol water ratio of the mobile phase being 90∶10 in determining oleanolic acid. The detection wave length was 290 nm and 215 nm, respectively. RESULTS: A good linear relationship was obtained between the peak area and the concentration of emodin from 0.1314 to 0.8760 μg ( r =0.9997). The average recovery rate of emodin was 99.56% and RSD was 2.20% . A good linear relationship was obtained between the peak area and the concentration of oleanolic acid from 1.17 to 7.80 μg ( r =0.9998). The average recovery rate of emodin was 100.38% and RSD was l.45%. CONCLUSION: The method employed in this study can be used in quality control of HTZG.
