RU486合并前列腺素终止早孕的临床效果观察

摘　　要：1 572例健康妇女接受药物流产,其中1 554例为停经49天以内妊娠。一次口服RU486600mg。36～60小时后阴道内放置 dl-15-甲基 PGF2α甲酯(PG05)栓剂1mg,完全流产率91.2％,不全流产率4.8％,继续妊娠率3.9％。口服 RU486到完全流产的平均间隔时期为2.4±1.3天,流产发生在服 RU486第3天者935例(72.0％),服用 RU486后阴道出血发生在第2天和第3天者1 256例(88.8％)。出血持续时间平均为11.7±6.5天,1例妇女因出血过多给予输血治疗。用药后主要副反应为恶心和呕吐(22.3％)、腹痛(10.2％)、头痛和头晕(4.1％)及腹泻(2.8％)。未发生严重的副反应。Termination of early pregnancy was performed in 1572 healthy women with 600mg RU486 (mifepristone)once orally,followed by an administra- tion of a 1 mg methyl ester dl-15-methyl-PGF2α vagi- nal suppository(PG05) 36～60 hours later.Complete abortion occurred in 91.2%,incomplete abortion in 4. 8% and presnancy continued in 3.9%.The mean time interval between RU486 intake and complete expulsion of conception was 2.4±1.3 days.Abortion took place on the third day in 935 women(72.0%).Uterine bleeding occurred on the second and third day after RU486 intake in 1256 women(88.8%) and lasted 11. 7±6.5 days in averase.One subject had blood transfu- sion due to excessive bleedins.The main side effects were nausea/vomiting(22.3%),abdominal pain(10. 2%),headache/dizziness(4.1%) and diarrhea(2. 8%).No serious side effects have been observed in this study.
