摘　　要：国电电力建设研究所于2002年12月建成了光缆实验室,可从事光纤复合架空地线(OPGW)、全介质自承 式光缆(ADSS)及其配套金具的力学性能、光学性能和环境性能的试验研究,并于2003年7月19日顺利通过国家 电网公司组织的专家验收。文章介绍光缆实验室的建设情况,并详述主要试验设备的功能和技术指标。The construction of Optical Cable Laboratory is completed by Electric Power Construction Research Institute of China, capable to carry out inspections and studies on mechanical properties, environmental properties and optical properties of composite fiber optic overhead ground wires(OPGW), all-dielectric self-supporting fiber optic cables(ADSS) and accessories. The paper introduces the laboratory's construction and presents its facilities, functions and performances.
