摘　　要：探讨分散式发电系统(DG)对配电网可靠性的影响。指出DG对可靠性的影响应按不同情况考虑,其实质的分歧是考虑可靠性的出发点不同。分析DG系统与配电系统、紧急供电和系统保护之间的关系,得出在不同情况下DG系统对可靠性的影响,并比较DG系统的可靠性与传统供电系统的可靠性。随着电力市场的发展,DG系统是配电网发展的一个趋势,但在安装DG系统时,必须从经济和运行2个方面充分考虑其影响。This paper discusses impacts of distributed generation(DG) on distribution system reliability. In reality, DG reliability is by nature a case-by-case issue. Different viewpoints about reliability create the controversy. After considering the relationship between DG and distribution systems, as well as factors of rescuing and protection, we know the impacts under different cases. The reliabilities of DG and power delivery are also compared here. With the development of retail power markets, DG will make a significant contribution. But connecting DG to distribution systems must be carefully considered from an operational and economic standpoint.
