摘 要:目的 通过测定红细胞中磷脂过氧化氢谷胱过氧化物酶 (PHGPx)和 Cu2 + - Zn2 + SOD活性和细胞膜氧化产物共轭双烯 (CD) ,探讨冠心病和高脂血症的发病机制。方法 分为三组 :A组 (冠心病不伴高脂血症患者 ) 36例 ,B组 (单纯高脂血症患者 ) 31例 ,C组 (冠心病伴有高脂血症患者 ) 32例 ,D组 (健康对照组 ) 30例。分别测定红细胞 PHGPx,Cu2 + - Zn2 + SOD,Na+ - K+ ATPase活性和 CD水平。结果 A、B、C组红细胞 PHGPx,Cu2 + - Zn2 + SOD,Na+ - K+ ATP酶活性均显著低于 D组 (P<0 .0 5) ,而 CD水平均显著高于 D组 (P<0 .0 5)。A、B、C组间比较 Na+ - K+ ATP酶活性也有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5)。 PHGPx与 CD呈线性负相关 (r=- 0 .56,P<0 .0 5) ,PHGPx与 Na+ - K+ ATP酶呈线性正相关 (r=0 .68,P<0 .0 5)。结论 PHGPx活性变化与冠心病和高脂血症的发病密切相关。Objective To explore the mechanism of coronary heart disease (CHD) and hyperlipemia by detecting the levels of phospholipid hydroperoxide glutathione peroxidase (PHGPx), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and conjugate diethene (CD) related to membrane damage. Methods Patients were divided into three groups: A group (36 patients with CHD), B group (31 patients with hyperlipemia), C group (32 patients with CHD complicated with hyperlipemia) and D group (30 healthy persons as control). Activity of PHGPx, Cu 2+ -Zn 2+ SOD, Na +-K + ATPase and level of CD in erythrocyte of four groups were detected respectively. Results Compared with D group, the levels of PHGPx, Cu 2+ -Zn 2+ SOD and the activity of Na +-K + ATPase in A, B and C groups were lower, but the level of CD was higher, significantly ( P <0.05, respectively). The activity of Na +-K + ATPase was also different from each other obviously. There were negative correlations between PHGPx and CD ( r =-0.56, P <0.05), and PHGPx was positive related with Na +-K + ATPase ( r =0.68, P <0.05). Conclusions PHGPx is an important enzyme for protecting biomembrane from peroxide damage by involving in arteriosclerosis of CHD and hyperlipemia.
